These charming, welcoming and strategically located apartments were carefully selected in several areas in the centre of Venice, and furnished with class and refinement, to offer you an unforgettable holiday.

All apartments boast great locations, allowing you to conveniently discover the art, culture and history of this remarkable city. After your on-line booking you will receive contact numbers in order to know more about the apartments reserved (such as specific location) and in order to make an appointment with a representative for key collection.

A member of the staff will meet you at the nearest public water bus station, bring you to the apartment, give you the keys and all information you might need in order to enjoy a comfortable holiday in Venice.

Arrival and departure details:
After completing your reservation you will receive the contact numbers of our representatives in Venice. Please remember to call us, 7 days before your arrival, at one of the numbers you will receive, in order to communicate your arrival time and to schedule an appointment with our representative. When you make the check-in, you will be given the keys and more information about the apartment. Should you need to change the meeting time, please call at the same numbers, at latest 3 days before arrival.
Our staff will meet you at the nearest public water bus station (to the apartment) You will be asked for a deposit of EUR 450 against possible damages or losses caused to the property. The deposit can be paid by credit card or cheque and it will be refunded on the day of departure, after having checked that there are no damages or losses.
Checkout time is between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. on departure day.
